  • What is your favorite thing about the company? I admire the company’s can-do spirit. We share ideas and support each other, creating a collaborative environment that drives our success.
  • What’s the culture like? We pride ourselves on instilling a positive company culture from the top down. That means providing an environment of support and collaboration, while challenging our team to succeed and being the first to congratulate them when they do. One of my favorite components of that is how we call out our teammates on a weekly basis for the wins they’ve attained or the areas where they have been shining examples of our core values.
  • What does customer service look like to you? Exceptional customer service involves understanding and meeting expectations, if not surpassing them. By fostering good communication and sharing knowledge, we cultivate client trust and create long-term relationships.
  • What’s the most rewarding part of your job? – I love seeing a newer team member putting up their first big win. That’s when the pieces are coming together for them, and then the fun begins!
  • What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received in your career? – “People will remember the things that you did for them, but more importantly, they will remember how you made them feel.”
  • What’s a hobby or passion outside of work that surprises people? – I both compete and judge in sound quality car audio competition. It’s a niche hobby and where I’ve met some great people.
